Common questions

How do I report or block someone?
Open their profile (or the chat) and tap the menu (⋯) → Report or Block. Blocking removes them from your experience entirely. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages.

How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel them in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Why can't I see people near me?
Make sure location access is enabled for Sweaty in your device settings — discovery is based on your location.
